There was no hair dryer in any of the bathrooms. The toilet paper holders were all loose and coming out of the wall. Lovely home and comfortable.

IT’S a GEM! Lemon Tree has everything one desires to make their stay on the island memorable, and relaxing. The location was accessible to all the outdoor activities we enjoy? If, we wished to hang out at home, my goodness~there was nothing to want for! Such a lovely, gracious home and a most comfortable environment. It was hassle free and carefree as one expects on vacation. Already planning the next island stay at Lemon Tree.

LemonTree is a gorgeous property with co aideeation for every need. Lilmar property management was the best property management i have ever dealt with on 35 years of vacation travel. We hope to stay here again!

LemonTree was an exceptional vacation home! We have stayed in multiple Rental homes, and by far, LemonTree eclipsed them all in comfort, style, quality and attention to detail. Even the bath gel had a beautiful and refined scent. Lilmar Properties provided incredible service and responded to even the tiniest request immediately. Never before have we had such attentive service and kindness. We have family on SSI and most definitely hope to stay here again. What a beautiful home!

Our group has stayed at The Lemon Tree twice now and we cannot wait for our third visit. Not only is it one of the most subtly beautiful homes I’ve ever stayed in, but is it located in a picturesque neighborhood. The type of community that makes you want to go for a mid afternoon bike ride and evening stroll all in the same day. The Lemon Tree is located near tons of incredible dining and so close to plenty of wonderful amusements. But the best activities can be found right in its own backyard, the private pool and fire pit. This home includes anything and everything you could possibly need for any weekend getaway and as cannot recommend it enough!

Two stays at the Lemon Tree property, and more to come! My husband & I stayed in the home for our anniversary getaway, then returned with family of all ages (4 to 60+). This charming, established home is in a secluded neighborhood with lush greenery surrounding the home which makes it feel private. The home easily accommodates 12. There are multiple sitting areas in the main house, the guest house, out back (with a fire pit for evening s’mores) and at the pool! St Simons Island is a historical place of interest, has a seaside, pier, great eating, area shopping but oftentimes it was satisfying to remain & relax at the Lemon Tree! Planning a girls’ trip next! The perfect house for such a trip ?? Thank you!

Lemon Tree was the ideal home for our family vacation. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep, and play comfortably. Our kids especially loved the pool in the late afternoons after a morning at the beach. We loved exploring the different beach options. This was the most relaxing vacation we have been on, and I know Lemon Tree had a big part to play in that. We will definitely come again and recommend it to our family and friends!

I had the opportunity to stay at this perfect home during a recent golf trip to St. Simon’s Island. The Spanish moss tree in the front yard is stunning when arriving. The up lighting on the palm trees in the courtyard aided in a perfect setting for enjoying the fire pit in the evenings. The home was decorated perfectly and I was appreciative of several areas that could be used for enjoying family time meals, reading, and catching up on emails for work. It was nice to come back to the house after golfing and napping around the pool in the afternoons. The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this home and riding your bike to Café Fredrica for breakfast!

My stay at Lemon Tree was the absolute best! My first visit was back in the spring on a girls trip. Everything was amazing! The interior of the house is so fresh and airy and the sectional couch….. wow so comfy!!!! The accommodations were awesome! No complaints! I will definitely be back!

Our family had the opportunity to stay at Lemon Tree over the summer. It was our first time to SSI and couldn’t have loved it more! The home was large and comfortable. The kids enjoyed having the pool at home, and the convenience of the beaches nearby was perfect. We will definitely be back to Lemon-tree!

The Lemon Tree felt like our home away from home. It is full of charm, class & personality. I have now visited the Lemon Tree for two occasions. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids and for an unforgettable girls trip weekend. Both trips were so memorable and had our kids asking when we are coming back. Highly recommend the Lemon Tree.. Get ready to make core memories with the people you love most. ?

The Lemon Tree was the perfect getaway with dear friends! If you’re looking for a sweet relaxing stay with a private setting and close to sea island, this is it! Our recent family vacation at The Lemon Tree was perfect. The house was absolutely gorgeous with spacious areas for gathering, relaxing, meal preparation & eating. The Master suite was pleasing with its shower, jetted tub & separate areas to get ready for the day! The beds were comfortable & bedrooms afforded more than adequate space as well as a beautiful view from the upstairs windows. The quaint community offered a venue for outdoor swimming, bicycle riding and outdoor s'mores around the firepit in a safe, quiet & pleasing environment. Our children loved it! We will be returning to escape the fast life & enjoy the relaxation of this oasis. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
