The house includes several distinct indoor and outdoor living areas, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
• Dogs are allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog (2 dogs maximum)
• The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $45/night upon request
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) as well as pool/beach towels provided
• Fireplace(s) not available for guest use
• Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am
• 4.3 miles to the beach (Coast Guard Station)
• Parking for four vehicles
• Minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent the property
